Policy Enforcement & Compliance Mandate

This Acceptable Usage Policy ("AUP") defines the mandatory operational standards governing all users, legal operators, corporate accounts, developers, and visitors across Legalpunkt aOS, Datapunkt aOS, and the Agentpunkt Marketplace. Violations of this policy may result in immediate suspension of account privileges, revocation of enterprise vault access, agent delisting, referral to state bar disciplinary bodies, and civil or criminal legal action.

Agentpunkt Marketplace ("Agentpunkt", "we", "us", or "our") is dedicated to providing high-integrity, secure, and professional artificial intelligence operating platforms. This AUP establishes the technical, legal, ethical, and operational boundaries necessary to protect client legal confidentiality, maintain judicial integrity, safeguard enterprise data assets, and ensure safe agent execution.

1. Legal Document Processing & Judicial Conduct Standards

Legalpunkt aOS serves law firms, corporate legal departments, and legal professionals. Users engaging with legal search, legal project execution, contract analysis, legal playbooks, legal skills execution, and legal artifact creation are strictly prohibited from conducting the following activities:

  • 1.1 Fraudulent Judicial Filings & Deceptive InstrumentsUsing Legalpunkt aOS to generate falsified affidavits, forged judicial signatures, fraudulent evidentiary exhibits, backdated contractual instruments, or deceptive legal submissions designed to mislead courts, arbitrators, regulatory bodies, or opposing counsel.
  • 1.2 Unauthorized Practice of Law (UPL) ProhibitionsUtilizing Legalpunkt aOS to offer unverified legal representation or deliver legal advice directly to third-party clients without required professional bar admission and active attorney oversight in jurisdictions enforcing UPL regulations.
  • 1.3 Anti-Hallucination Mandate & Citation VerificationKnowingly submitting AI-generated legal briefs, statutory interpretations, or case citations to judicial tribunals without performing independent verification against official reporters and statutory databases to confirm citation authenticity.
  • 1.4 Misappropriation of Attorney-Client Privileged AssetsUploading confidential work product, trade secrets, or client files into Legalpunkt aOS without authorization from the respective client or intellectual property rights holder.

2. Data Engineering & Technical System Integrity Standards

Datapunkt aOS provides automated data engineering, metadata extraction, code generation, data lineage, data modeling, synthetic data generation, and IT data support. Users are strictly prohibited from conducting the following:

  • 2.1 Database Credential Exfiltration & Secret HarvestingConfiguring Datapunkt aOS metadata agents to extract, store, or exfiltrate production database connection strings, passwords, private keys, or API tokens outside authorized enterprise vaults.
  • 2.2 Destructive SQL Payload & Malware GenerationUtilizing automated code generation features to create SQL injection payloads, ransomware routines, destructive schema drop commands, or memory corruption exploits.
  • 2.3 Synthetic Data Re-Identification AttemptsConfiguring synthetic dataset generators or statistical sampling models with intent to re-identify, reverse-engineer, or reconstruct real individuals' Protected Health Information (PHI) or Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

3. Marketplace Ecosystem & Agent Security Prohibitions

Users, developers, and merchant partners participating in the Agentpunkt Marketplace agree to adhere to the following ecosystem security rules:

  • Prompt Injection & Sandbox Exploitation: Executing adversarial prompt injections, jailbreaks, or side-channel exploits attempting to break out of agent execution sandboxes.
  • Deceptive Agent Listings: Publishing AI agents with misleading titles, undisclosed tracking behavior, unauthorized data scraping capabilities, or hidden affiliate redirects.
  • Rating & Marketplace Manipulation: Generating false reviews, astroturfing ratings, or manufacturing artificial transaction volume.

4. Universal Prohibited Conduct Standards

Across all products, operating systems, and platform features, the following universal prohibitions are strictly enforced:

Illegal & Criminal ActivityFacilitating drug trafficking, weapons proliferation, human trafficking, money laundering, cyberattacks, or financial fraud.
Child Exploitation & HarmAny content or activity involving child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitation of minors is subject to zero tolerance and immediate reporting to NCMEC and law enforcement.
Hate Speech & HarassmentGenerating material that incites violence, promotes hatred, or targets protected classes under EU non-discrimination laws.
Intellectual Property TheftUploading copyrighted code, proprietary legal forms, trade secrets, or patentable assets without valid licenses.

5. Enforcement Protocols & Violation Reporting

Agentpunkt reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to investigate suspected violations of this AUP, deploy automated content moderation filters, and enforce corrective actions:

  • Issuance of formal compliance warnings and mandatory remediation instructions.
  • Immediate rate-limiting, temporary vault suspension, or permanent account termination.
  • Delisting of non-compliant AI agents from the Agentpunkt Marketplace.
  • Reporting of severe violations to state bar ethics committees, regulatory bodies, and law enforcement agencies.
